The process of start-up through to and operation is demanding and requires careful planning and preparation of both the equipment and the facility. Each activity must be carefully planned and in sequence prior to commissioning and operation. Stolway’s commissioning experts have decades of experience in performing the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), commissioning and initial operation for customers across the globe, interfacing with the customers teams whilst providing operator training and post warranty period support and spares.
After commissioning, STOLWAY equipment is covered by warranty. Regular maintenance is essential to control operating and maintenance costs, to maximise the lifetime of the equipment and for compliance with STOLWAY’s warranty conditions.

Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) is a routine part of our production process and customers and end-users are most welcome to visit for FAT. Along with witnessed performance tests and provision of test reports, typical FAT involves documentation and certificates of conformity reviews.
Our highly skilled hazardous area trained technicians have more than 15 years’ experience with us and they work alongside the engineers who designed your equipment in our factory and they ensure that when your system is installed at site, your systems will run at optimum performance levels and safety standards from day one.
STOLWAY custom-engineered high specification systems require regular planned maintenance to ensure optimum performance and hazardous area safety compliance.
STOLWAY offers carefully customised servicing plans specific to each system supplied to ensure technical, safety and regulatory compliance.
